Order Questions:

When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed between 2-5 business days. Domestic (US) orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days of shipment. International orders are difficult to predict due to stops at borders and customs, but typically are received within 1-3 weeks. Please Contact Us if you are concerned over the status of your shipped or unshipped order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped within the state of Texas. We are required to charge our Texas customers the standard 8.25% state tax rate.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We are happy to work with our international customers and have made efforts to keep the international shipping rates as low as possible. Please know that some international orders may incur import taxes or duties upon delivery, Little Low is not responsible for covering or reimbursing such duties. For more information on duties and fees, please contact your local Post Office.

Is my transaction secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customer's personal and payment information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to a third party, the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Your checkout process is made over a secure server and your credit card information is never stored. 

What is your return and refund policy?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 10 calendar days of order delivery for a refund. Once received, the returned item(s) charge's will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or sale items may not be returned.

What if my order was damaged in the mail?
Unfortunate as it is, this does happen, and we are more than happy to help. All we ask is that you report your damaged item to us via email to service@littlelow.com. Please be sure to include a photo of the damage (a quick cell phone picture is fine) in your message so that we may validate the claim. We will then either exchange or compensate you with a replacement piece, shipped for free. 

What if my order was lost in the mail?
Though this is very rare, it can sometimes happen. If your domestic U.S. or international order has been lost in the mail, by no fault of a mistake in your entered mailing address, we will happily reship your item after 2 weeks (domestic) and 4 weeks (international) of non-active tracking information. Please note that Little Low Studio is not responsible for refunding or re-shipping orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We ship to the exact address entered at checkout and cannot change an address once shipped. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are happy to include a personal message within your order, but at this time we do not offer gift wrapping services.

Are you environmentally friendly?
We work hard and take pride in committing to environmental responsibility. All of our papers are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified and many of our stock papers are produced by the use of solar and wind energy. We also take efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste and packaging materials. 

Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are made locally here in Austin, and all are made within the United States.

Can you work on a custom project for me or customize a product you already make? 
Apologies, we can not accept personal custom projects nor customize the products we already produce.

I run a blog/website/magazine and want to feature some of your products and images, is that okay?
Typically, yes. But please be sure to Contact Us first with a head's up. In most cases, we'll also be glad to share our product images with you.

I'm in Austin, can I visit or shop your studio? 
Yes! We are happy to welcome guests to the studio, schedule permitting during business hours. If interested, please Contact Us to schedule a time to drop by.
