After waiting over 3 weeks for shipment I requested to cancel my item. Three days after the cancellation request they ship it. Still no reply 4 days after the message was sent. I have now sent a second message in hopes of a reply. The lack of communication and length of time it took to ship this item is incredibly unprofessional.
